“Building with Jeff was easy. I already had experienced at least 100 jobs with him and had comfort that it would be good for us.”

Found on a beautiful wooded lot, this home takes advantage of the wooded views by the use of multiple porches.

The Peel Home is found in Spring Lake, MI on 2.5 acres that has beautiful views of the lake. The home was designed in a cottage style with rustic accents and multiple porches that take advantage of the lakeside views.

This two-story home, with finished basement, was constructed of vinyl and cedar in a soft lakeside blue color. The trim is cedar and painted in soft white. To enter the home, one is introduced to a large front porch with round pillars. The back of the home also holds a large porch that spans the width of the home. The porch is perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

The interior of the home is designed with an open plan using many windows throughout, painted trim and stained four panel doors. The kitchen, eating area and living room flow together using wood columns and a built in serving area as a divider. The kitchen contains hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful granite counter. The large island is constructed with river rock that looks out into the eating area. A wall of river rock compliments the wood burning stove. Off of the kitchen, you find a nice usable space for laundry and a mudroom. The entry, dining, and family room contain hickory wood floors and the kitchen and bath contain vinyl.

The wrap around stairs and railing, to the Peel home, are constructed of wrought iron and wood. By entering the upstairs, you find the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The impressive master bedroom is raised up an additional step and contains French doors that introduce a large porch that looks out onto the back yard.
